You are right to be sceptical. If it really did happen some time ago, absolutely no one said anything. It's pretty unlikely that this wouldn't leak from any of the world's stock exchanges!
I know it sounds like the kind of thing we'd want to believe in, but there was a news 'blackout' because it never happened. It's an unverified report from an unreliable source.
So, let's keep the signal-to-noise ratio high on TOT Forum.
