Jeffrey Tucker, Director of Content for the Foundation for Economic Education, describes the Progressive Era legacy and *** overturning of America’s founding laissez faire tradition at the beginning of the last century. Tucker reveals the shameful history of eugenics and how that supposedly settled “scientific consensus” powered racialist agendas, serving as the precursor to many harmful policies that are still with us today, from immigration restrictions to labor regulations to marriage laws.

    ----

First I heard of a lot of this, especially the laws against women and the logo of the women's rights women.

Interestingly, the most recent time I heard people express a eugenics type attitude was when two conservatives I know very well were saying, "Why can't we just sterilize people? Some people shouldn't be parents." After listening for a couple minutes I interjected, "We can't just go around sterilizing people." One of them looked at me and said, "Why not?" I replied, "Because it's morally and ethically wrong." Neither had anything to say. I don't think they took my words to heart. I think it's more likely they just decided that I don't get it.

I think the people calling for sterilization should be the first to volunteer themselves, because if there's a group of people we don't need having babies its the hateful ones who have no respect for their fellow human beings' freedoms.

Absolutely so Dreamtimer. I've been there too and at the time it feels really lonely, doesn't it? My bet is that what you said DID make a difference and that sooner or later they have at least heard another perspective and are better equipped for making a better choice. I salute you Sister!

I did not listen to the video. However, the topic of sterilization is one of deep complexity and social contracts are at the core of the issue. We all love to speak of being sovereign and I believe that is how the Creator intended us to live as. However, sovereignty and responsibility inextricably linked. A community is a strong as its components. Wisdom is required for us to ever even conceive of living in a society that is functional and equitable. Poor choices have consequences and when we are in a shared existence, poor choices affect us all. Whether is is a weak link in a chain or poorly made brick in a foundation, each is unacceptable if quality is to be upheld. In this case we speak of the quality of life.

I do not support sterilization because of the affront to Creator given free choice. I support people forming real communities and educating those that need it and what is involved in a social contract and the performance expected of each other. If we do not hold each other accountable, we will get slop. We currently have slop.

What we might call elite families, and I mean country club types and not Illuminati or cabal, marry and breed with great care and the results for them and their outlook on life show for their efforts. One does not have to be wealthy to marry and breed with thoughts for the future. The Creator endowed us all with this much wisdom if we follow our hearts instead of lower emotions and passions. If we lived in cohesive social units and realized our life decisions are not just personal ones. We are linked together and owe each other the respect of maintaining integrity as a link. That is, unity as a society. Politics and abuses thrive in the illness of people thinking small and not as a group. The illusion of being in a large political party is just that. An illusion.

Women are lifegivers first, in most but, not all cases. That is, most women will choose to be mothers, with each child needing close to two decades of attention with the last quarter of those two decades having greater flexibility. When I grew up most women were able to give that care until the children entered their teens and needed less intensive oversight. My mother would work on and off during those years and it allowed our humble family the freedom to do more things. This was before women's 'liberation'. As a matter of fact, ghetto families had a mother and father, that number being 75% per cent or better and that continued until after the civil rights years. Both of these came about through political movements and as usual, politics produces crap for society as a whole and even the supposedly "lifted up" portions of society.

We needed better social contracts with each other guided by Creator endowed wisdom. Racism was an abomination, as was women being second class citizens. Both groups needed to be recognized as fully human and the human rights that we all should be afforded. Instead we created special interest groups and quotas were used to address injustice. Quotas enforced by gooberments who are always happy to step in when humans do not follow the voice in their hearts and transgress against Nature.

Until we are ready to treat each other with respect, starting with ourselves, our social contracts will be dysfunctional. And, not only will outside un-Natural help take up where we dropped the ball, we will ask it to do so. Like children who ask parents to intercede for them when they cannot settle things for themselves amongst siblings and friends.

In closing, the same types who who figure out our problems for us come up with solutions that are un-Natural and against Creation. Sterilization is their answer for irresponsible breeding, and we are brought backed to sovereignty and the responsibility it entails if we are to live the lives Creation intended for us.

This would have been a good post for the Tent.

What the "elites," eugenicists and racial supremacists don't get is that we are NOT the body. The body is merely a suit, that the true being of who we are, the eternal Spirit, chooses to incarnate into, to live AS a human for the EXPERIENCE. So the genetics of the body are entirely IRRELEVANT, don't mean squat, as we are not the body. It is merely the vehicle along with the environment that we live in as humans that creates the human experience for the Spirit to feel in all its glory, good and bad.

For example, the Spirit may choose to live as a racial minority to gain the experience of what it is like to be discriminated against, or it may choose to live in the body of a racial supremacists to experience what it is like to live a human life filled with hate.

On another note, all this Annunaki baloney about how they made humans is also a bunch of IRRELEVANT nonsense, a total PSYOP as the human body is not who we truly are. The Annunaki may or may not have tampered with our ancestors DNA, but again that is IRRELEVANT. The one thing that wanna be "gods" can never do is create the eternal Spirit, which is who we truly are. They can try to lay claim on our bodies all they want, but they were not the creators of our Spirit, so they can just pi$$ off with their, "I'm your daddy, you are beholden to me" psyop.

I only partly agree with you on that. Indeed, the identity of a person is not encoded in their body, and the body is like a suit, but the suit has to be tailored to fit you. Furthermore, you should think of it as a spacesuit, because the condition of the suit also determines your wellbeing in the hostile environment for which you need the suit in the first place.

Well, if someone tampers with the oxygen supply of your spacesuit, then that could seriously hamper you on prolonged spacewalks. While you are here on Earth, your body is your interface with this reality, and if it is or has been tampered with, then it may make your experience here more difficult than it needs to be.

That said however, I'm not so sure that the human genome would indeed have been tampered with. I don't buy into all that Annunaki stuff either.
